$HIFT
A free financial transformation program for women. $HIFT works at three layers, spirit, mindset, and strategy, so women build money knowledge, healthy habits, and lasting confidence.

Bloom Academy
A character-building program designed to help girls know who they are before the world tells them who to be. Bloom Academy will grow confidence, identity, and purpose from a young age.
Girls are central to our mission. Bloom Academy is part of our next phase, once our programs for women are established.
Workforce Development
Job readiness and career pathways for women entering, re-entering, or advancing in the workforce. We are building this pillar with employers, training providers, and community organizations.
HATCH
HATCH equips women with the training, mentorship, and community to launch and grow their own businesses.
